At Birmingham Hybrid Batteries, we strive to deliver dependable hybrid battery repair and replacement services. Our aim is to give every customer confidence, safety, and satisfaction with our work.
As our services include electrical parts, testing, and professional installation, our return and refund conditions differ from standard online retail policies.
Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Conditions for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement request can only be made in the situations listed below:
1.1 Battery Found Faulty After Installation
If a defect appears within 24–48 hours after installation, we will:
- Examine the battery and provide a replacement at no charge if the fault is verified.
1.2 Incorrect Battery Supplied
If the wrong hybrid battery model is supplied by us in error, we will:
- Exchange it for the correct model without any additional cost.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because hybrid batteries and installation services are sensitive in nature, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Hybrid batteries that have been installed and are working correctly
- Batteries that have been opened, altered, or interfered with
- Problems resulting from misuse, accidents, or outside damage
- Charges for diagnostic services, as these are labour-related
Once installation and testing are completed, the battery cannot be returned, but it will still be covered under the applicable warranty.
3. Warranty in Place of Returns
Hybrid batteries purchased from Birmingham Hybrid Batteries come with either a 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year warranty, depending on the package selected.
During the warranty period, we offer:
- No-cost inspections
- Free repairs
- Replacement if necessary
This warranty coverage ensures continued protection even when returns are not possible.
4. Refund Terms
Refunds are available only under specific circumstances:
Refunds may be granted if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch or installation
- We are unable to provide the required battery or service
Refunds will not be given if:
- The battery has already been installed
- The customer decides to cancel after installation
- The issue is caused by vehicle problems not related to the hybrid battery
When approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and returned to the original payment method.
5. How to Make a Return or Warranty Claim
If you believe your battery qualifies for return or warranty service:

- Share photos or videos of the issue where possible
- A technician will check and confirm the problem
- If approved, repair or replacement will be arranged
6. Diagnostic and Labour Fees
Fees for diagnostics, labour, and call-out visits are not refundable, even if:
- You choose not to continue with the service, or
- The problem is not connected to the hybrid battery
